IN ANY EVENT, APPSAI'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO APPSAI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF NO SUCH PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

• Your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any applications you develop or deploy using our platform;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation, any intellectual property right, privacy right, or publicity right;
