AI Generated Content & Data
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to help you create applications and content. When you use these AI features:
- We collect and process the prompts, queries, and inputs you provide to our AI systems for the purpose of generating responses and content.
- The AI-generated content, including code, designs, and other outputs, may be temporarily or permanently stored as part of your projects.
- We may use anonymized prompts and queries to improve our AI systems and Service quality, but we implement safeguards to protect your private or sensitive information.
- You retain ownership rights to your original content, but we may use AI-generated content for improving our models and Service in accordance with our Terms of Service.
- If you instruct our AI to connect to external services, we may need to process connection data to facilitate these integrations while adhering to security best practices.
- Our AI platform interacts with browsers, React canvas, file systems, databases, and cloud services to build and deploy applications based on your instructions, and we implement comprehensive security measures to ensure these interactions are safe and secure.
Third-Party Integrations
Our platform allows you to connect with various third-party services and cloud providers to extend the functionality of your applications. When you use these integrations:
- You may need to provide access credentials or API tokens for third-party services, which we securely store to enable continuous integration.
- Data transferred between our Service and third-party services is subject to both our privacy policy and the privacy policies of those third-party services.
- We implement security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage, but cannot guarantee the security practices of third-party services.
- You maintain control over which third-party services you integrate with, and you can revoke access at any time through your account settings.
- When interacting with MongoDB, AWS, or other cloud services through our AI platform, we implement strict access controls and follow security best practices to protect your data.

Web3 & Blockchain Interactions
Our platform supports the development of applications that may interact with blockchain technologies and Web3 services. When you use these features:
- If you choose to connect a digital wallet to our Service, we may collect your wallet address and related public information from the blockchain, but we do not have access to your private keys or funds.
- Transactions on public blockchains are visible to everyone and are not controlled by AppsAI. Please be aware that any information you submit to a blockchain becomes publicly available.
- Our AI may help you develop applications that interact with smart contracts or decentralized services, but you are responsible for verifying the security and functionality of any blockchain interactions.
- We implement additional security measures for Web3-enabled applications, but cannot guarantee the security of third-party blockchain networks or protocols.
While our platform supports Web3 functionality, we prioritize security and responsible use across all technologies. You are responsible for understanding the implications of blockchain interactions before deploying applications with these features.
Use of Your Information
We process information about and/or related to you to run our business, provide the Service, personalize your experience on the Service, and improve the Service. Specifically, we use your information to:
- provide, operate and maintain the Service;
- improve and analyze the Service;
- analyze, improve, and personalize your use and experience on the Service, including by making recommendations;
- train and improve our AI models and systems to enhance service quality and application development capabilities;

AI Safety & Responsible Use
Our AI platform is designed to help you create applications and solutions efficiently. We are committed to the responsible development and use of AI technologies:
- We implement safety measures and content filters to prevent the generation of harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before implementing it in production environments.
- Our AI systems may have limitations and may not always generate perfect or secure code - you should always review and test AI outputs.
- We prohibit the use of our AI systems for creating applications that may cause harm, violate laws, or infringe on others' rights.
- We monitor for misuse and may limit or terminate access for users who attempt to circumvent our safety measures or violate our Terms of Service.
- Our AI has access to powerful tools including browser capabilities, React canvas, file systems, MongoDB, and AWS services. We implement comprehensive security protocols to prevent misuse of these capabilities.
By using our Service, you agree to use the AI capabilities responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that misuse of our AI platform could potentially result in serious consequences, and you commit to ethical use of our technology.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave our Service and go to another site, and another entity may collect information from you. We have no control over and cannot be responsible for these third-party websites or their content. AI Data Usage
You can manage how we use your data for AI training and improvements through your account settings. You may have options to limit the use of your prompts, queries, and project data for improving our AI models.
Data Access and Control
You can view, access, edit, or delete your information for certain aspects of the Service via your Settings page. Depending on applicable law where you reside, you may be able to assert certain rights related to your information. If such rights are not provided under law for your operating entity or jurisdiction, AppsAI has full discretion in fulfilling your request.
- If you are a user in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), United Kingdom ("UK") or Switzerland, you have certain rights under applicable law. These include the right to (i) request access and obtain a copy of your personal information; (ii) request rectification or erasure of your personal information; (iii) object to or restrict the processing of your personal information; and (iv) request portability of your personal information.
- If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"). These include the right to (i) request access to, details regarding, and a copy of the personal information we have collected about you and/or shared with third parties; (ii) request deletion of the personal information that we have collected about you; and (iii) the right to opt-out of sale of your personal information.
- If you wish to exercise your rights under an applicable data protection or privacy law, please contact us atprivacy@appsai.com, specify your request, and reference the applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity, or ask for more information about your request. We will consider and act upon any above request in accordance with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Data Retention
We may continue to retain your information even after you request deletion of your data if such retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms or other agreements, and/or protect our legal rights and other interests.
For AI-generated content and applications, we may retain this data for a longer period to ensure continuity of service and to allow you to access your previously created projects. You can delete your projects and content at any time through your account, subject to our retention policies.
Security
We care about the security of your information and use physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of information collected through our Service. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems, or those of our vendors. In the event that any information under our custody and control is compromised as a result of a breach of our security, we will take steps to investigate and remediate the situation and, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, may notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised.
For applications that you develop using our platform, we provide security best practices and guidance, but you are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures for your applications and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
Minors
We do not intentionally gather information from visitors who are under the age of 13. Our Terms of Service require all users to be at least 18 years old. Minors who are at least 13 years old but are under 18 years old may use a parent or guardian's account, but only with the supervision of the account holder. If a child under 13 submits identifiable information to us and we learn that the identifiable information is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. Users Outside of the United States
If you are a non-U.S. user of the Service, by visiting the Service and providing us with information directly or indirectly, you understand and acknowledge that your information may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of your information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
